Refund policy

At Megalith Store, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
It must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return, exchange, or damage claim
