Returns

At Megalith Store, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return, exchange, or damage claim

⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Proper details
  • Unboxing video proof (mandatory)

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care products
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only allow exchanges in cases where:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Conditions:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

If approved, we will arrange a replacement.


Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account
  • Refund processing time: 8–15 business days

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us
